Split pork ribs
Pour some beer or stock, salt and pepper and cover in the oven on 170c fan forced for 2-3 hours. Check to see if they're falling apart from 2 hours.
Mix 3/4 bbq sauce and 1/4 chilli sauce (habanero is our pick) and a dash of two of cinnamon. Switch to 220c fan forced grill, baste and char every few min. Do this until they come out at your desired level or char.
